We thought long and hard about how billSync should present bills. After having spent years going through the process ourselves and talking to business owners/controllers/accountants we heard a common theme: everyone wanted to take care of bills once a week and be done. So we’ve designed our home screen to make that as easy as possible.
When you log in to either app (mobile or web) you will see the bills that need your attention.
From there you can take action by clicking the icon to the right. As a note, different bill statuses will show different icons, according to the most common action taken.
If bills are ready for payment, you can click the pay button and your bill will be queued for payment on the due date.
For bills that are missing information, click the edit button and you’ll see a view to add the missing information. You can also just click the bill. We show missing fields on the right so you can add that information and be on your way.
For other actions, we list them in two places. First the icon to the right side (show icon). You can also check on the bottom of the right side of the screen:
During the commercials of your favorite show you could be done with your bills. Yes, really. From there we’ll take care of sending bills out at the right time and syncing everything (including the payment) to your accounting system.

On the train? Knock out your bills and you will be good to go for the week! It’s that fast and simple.
