Setup Clover with QuickBooks Online (Automatic)!
Setting up your sales in QuickBooks online for clover should take about 30 minutes to complete. ONLY START THIS AFTER YOU HAVE 3 DAYS OF SALES IN CLOVER. There are four sections to complete:
- Connect your Clover account (5 minutes)
- Connect billSync to QuickBooks (5 minutes)
- Hit the automatic setup button! (4 minutes)
Connecting your Clover account is quick and easy.
- Login at clover.com.
- Find the App Store and click on it.
- Search for “QuickBooks Sync”.
- Click on the app.
- Install the app.
- Go back to your dashboard and launch the app.
- Follow directions on the screen to setup your account with billSync.
Connect billSync to QuickBooks online should we quick.
- Login at bill-sync.com.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click Accounting.
- Click the connect to QuickBooks button.
- Enter your login information for QuickBooks Online, done!
- Stay on this page for the next set of steps.
Last step is setting the start date and hitting auto setup!
- Click edit on under Clover Bill Management.
- Set the date for the first day you want us to sync.
- Then click automatic setup, this process can take 45 mins, so please check back in about an hour
To see the sales report in QuickBooks, they should appear 2-3 hours after setup. To see the report follow these steps
- Login to QuickBooks Online by going to quickbooks.com.
- Go to the customer center on the left side
- Find Clover POS and click it
- Click into the day you are interested in seeing
