billSync + US Foods – Get your invoices into Quickbooks!
Today we are happy to announce our first steps in integrating with US Foods! Now you can send us a CSV file by following the steps below and we will take care of getting it into Quickbooks/Xero for you. Also if you are using any of our supported inventory systems (ChefSheet, SimpleOrder) we can get the data over so there is no more data entry in any of your systems!
How to get CSV file:
- Login to your use US Foods account here:
Click on My business and then invoices.
Click the check box next to the invoices you want to add to billSync.
Change the select at the top of the table to say `CSV Full`
- Click the download button.
- Send the invoices to your company email address with billSync (you can find it on the profile page). Be sure to unzip the file before sending the invoices.
- You’re done!
